Car wash worked fine. Not spectacular. The facility is tired and could be much cleaner especially for the cost of the car wash.

Good old fashion car wash with a laundromat there as well. Washed my car there for years. Only ever had a small issue one time and the owners resolved it instantly as well as thanked me for bring it to their attention. Could use some modernization tho! Bring it back to life a bit :)

2nd time paid $13.00 for deluxe car wash and didn't complete it. Tonight it shut off almost immediately. Had to leave with a little bit of soap but car still filthy. Called number to complain and get money back. It's a fax number. Thats what I got before too and tried numerous times same thing. Read complaints from others and same issues. This to me constitutes fraud. I want my money back and a real number people can call.

Facilities not cleaned, sanitized and maintained regularly. Counted over 40 customers in and out on 12/6 without masks, no one social distancing, no one making sure the facilities are regularly sanitized with all the non-maskers, and the business has no signage letting people know of their legal obligation to wear masks inside the business. Business reported to state and local authorities

Terrible experience with self service car wash. Wasted 10 dollars for high pressure wash to have no soap and foaming brush to have no soap. Just made my car even dirtier. Also the bays are full of bugs and dirt. Owners should maybe TRY just a little harder.
