This guy is unbelievable. I called him today for a tow two blocks for my daughter away at college, after roadside said they couldn't get anyone. I told him I'm out of state trying to take care of this. Then he asked if she was the one with the unattended car and I said yes because it's been over 20 hours. He asked if I could have my daughter go back to the car and have roadside call him again. So I have my daughter walk from the dorm to the car, IN THE RAIN, and roadside called him in the meantime, all over the course of FIVE MINUTES, and HE REFUSED TO GO GET IT FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!!Now he is ignoring calls. Unbelievably unprofessional!

Was in a accident in a AWD Cadillac SRX... Brought a tow truck not a rollback... Rear of vehicle needed to be put on dolly wheels. They were junk... Had to throw them multiple times down on the street to break the rust loose to adjust them... Finally got them on and the dolly tire was flat... Pulls out and the dolly tire comes off the rim... Didn't take the vehicle where we ask. Drove right past it and put the vehicle in his yard... towed less than 10 miles and the bill was $1040...

I had a great experience with these guys. I had a hard time finding anyone available locally so I was happy to find them able to be there right away. My car was off the road in a bad location and the gentleman had my car up on the dolly in less than 10 minutes. He was willing to follow me to where I wanted it dropped.

I had a great experience with these guys. I had a hard time finding anyone available locally so I was happy to find them able to be there right away. My car was off the road in a bad location and the gentleman had my car up on the dolly in less than 10 minutes. He was willing to follow me to where I wanted it dropped.In total it was an hour between the time I called and when It was dropped at my place. The cost was reasonable so I'm sad my car isnt running but im happy it was easy to get home. Thanks guys.

Inconsistent with fees. Last reviews says $75.00 to have cars released from a customer only parking lot. Well I paid $225.

During Huntingdon County 250th year celebration parade this company decided to tow family vehicles instead of supporting their community. We were not illegally parked because we were in a customer parking lot ( which we are customers of) and it was 7:00 pm after hours. He made us pay $75 dollars to release our vehicle even though the sign clearly stated that the lot was for customers. Unprofessional all around, clearly does not support the community I would not recommend this business at all based on demeanor and professionalism. I feel horrible for all of the other families trying to celebrate this once in a life time event who had their vehicles towed!
