Review on behalf of my dad:"I cannot say enough good stuff about this place. I am from Massachusetts 432 miles away from them and they did not know me from a hole in the wall. Yet Christine greeted me warmly and went out of her way to help me get some discontinued parts that I needed from a vendor 450 miles further away from her in Tennessee. She even went so far as to get them in the mail to me before the transaction had even been finalized! Where do you get help and service like that in this day and age? My only wish is that they were closer to home for me, as that single trusting gesture alone would make them the exclusive place i would shop forever... I am jealous of the people in the area because they get to do business with great people like this, on a daily basis and I don't. Thanks, and regards J. Lucas"
