It’s been lie after lie with Ameri Gas!!! Never got my year price lock I was guaranteed the budget pay tripled after a few months and I called and no one has ever called me back

Delivery was timely and professional. Other fuel suppliers in my neighborhood have no regard for the lawns and leave ugly ruts in the grass of my neighbors. The Amerigas drivers take care and do not park on the lawn.

Nothing but issues every time I call! Fees are so expensive. Tank rental is high, disconnect service is $99 99. When it was local to Indiana Pa never had issues. Now you can't even talk to someone who understands your concerns. Definitely will be switching to a small town local business.

Too long to even type. Since the local office closed it's nothing but problems. Currently waiting on a delivery for 8 days that was they said they delivered....my tanks are empty and still 8 days later i still got the bill for it and no one has come to actually make the delivery after 10 plus phone calls, emails and online chat service (not in United States for any of it).

The worse service I’ve had in my life. I called in to request a delivery on the 8th. I was quoted a date between the 9th and the 15th. No delivery was made. On the 17th I called to get an update. I was promised the delivery was coming that day. It never did. I called again on the 18th and they told me they will deliver on the 21st and there is nothing they can do to get it any sooner. I told them we were nearly out of propane. They didn’t care. I asked for the corporate Amerigas number. They refused. I asked for the local Indiana, PA number. They refused. Long story short, this company has tanked and is terrible now. They don’t care if you go without heat.

A bunch of A-holes I placed an order when I had over 30 percent almost 2 weeks ago now I'm at 15 and gauge is not accurate on their tank I have no clue what's really left in the tank I keep calling and they keep saying we will deliver it tomorrow I've heard this three times now they are not a reliable company would not recommend dealing with them I'm definitely going to look for a different propane provider

I would strongly suggest going with another company for propane services. I would actually rather take a shovel and dig down into the earth hundreds of feet myself into a natural gas reserve before I ever opened an account with this company again. Any time you have an issue that needs resolved with this company it will be an endless loop of being on the phone with nothing getting done.After my account was closed Amerigas took several months to come and get the propane tank. They did however charge me rent for that period and $74.19 to come pick up an empty tank. After they agreed to remove these charges they continued to bill me with these charges still remaining. I was told 5 different times over a period of months that someone would call me back within 48-72 hours. I never received any call. I sent multiple emails to the customer care account, no response. I wrote a letter and mailed directly to their customer care address, no response. This is the type of customer service and price gouging you can expect with this company. Do not waste your time, aggravation, and dollars with the mistake of opening an account with AmeriGas.

My elderly mother is still without propane and still being charged for two tanks that stick. Because of these tanks she was given improper readings of how much fuel she actually had left. Storms and extremely low temps and almost 2 weeks later still no propane but if you pay a 300 extortion fee they will deliver in 24 hours... get bent Amerigas

It is incredible this company is still in business. When you need to speak to someone you will literally wait hours on hold. When you need to get delivery you will wait 1-2 months. The percent full gauge stopped working on the tank I rented from them and they tried to charge me over a hundred dollars to come and fix it. On their tank that I pay a monthly rental fee. Save yourself money, time, and aggravation and go buy your own tank and fill it yourself at tractor supply. The customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. I’ll never use them at any of my rental properties again. Companies like this need to die out.

This has to be the worst company out there. Ive called so many times noone knows what is going on. Im out of propane and they say well sir it will be a 200 dollar upcharge to deliver to you. Ok i need it for heat its 20 degrees outside. Ok sir see you tomorrow. Well here ww are its tomorrow and no sign of them but they got their 200 extra dollars. These people are horrible and have no clue logistically what is going on. Ill be switching providers. Do not use these people

Don't do business with these rude people. You'll be paying to much. They talk down to you and try to rent you a tank and then overcharge you to fill it. All the "big shots" in and around Indiana, PA are that way. If you do business with the propane folks in Ebensburg, you'll get friendly customer service, who will fill your tank and not pressure you to buy a new tank .
