When in for an upgrade. The lady that was working told me it would be" a while". I asked what a while meant, 15-20 minutes? She said prob an hour maybe a little longer. And she wasn't very nice or apologetic about it. Just overall had a pretty bad attitude. Wouldn't recommend this store.

Carla was very knowledgeable and had a very good understanding of her work. She talked through us with different plans and service plans. She helped us with upgrading and switching over from a different service provider. We left with new phones and a great experience.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with a very knowledgeable and personable sales rep named Carla. She did a wonderful job listening to what we wanted, and we left happily enjoying our new phones. Definitely would highly recommend!

Carla from the store in Indiana, PA was amazing we had to do tons of upgrades and she had to stay after hours because we were still working she was so nice and didn’t rush us and she knew her stuff! I was blown away!

Carla was very friendly and accommodating, helping us find the right plan while also going through all of the options. Incredible service! Other members were also very friendly and it’s obvious the store is well managed with customer service as their main priority. Thank you! Will be back to this location.

OMG y'all this semi glowing review is going to sound like I know the guy but I swear on my life I just met him! I suffer from mental illness...a lot rn. Communicating is very hard for me when I have any kind of anxiety or stress. Cory at the Indiana, Pa store went well beyond that! Hell to be honest the only reason I am still with at&t is because of his professionalism! He was amazing. I actually cried on the way home. No one is ever that kind and understanding with me when I am in an attack. His patience and empathy will forever be remembered by me! Now I don't have those types of attacks often, but others ignorance can bring it out in me. to find out that y'all had been charging me insurance on 4 devices when I've never had but the one phone the entire time. You pay in commission right? Incentives for insurance add ons? I feel DEFRAUDED of my hard earned money. I feel like I can't trust their company and yet I ended up getting the best customer service I think I've ever had in the end. That should say a lot about Cory! Whoever signed me up should be f'n fired becasue I feel like screaming my story across every platform online about the fraud I experienced when I was a brand new customer. I should've been welcomed and appreciated for joining them in business. I feel the complete opposite! It came out to $504 in overcharge and yat&t gave me the run round and ultimately only wanted to only give me $50 back for defrauding me. Cory stepped up and helped me where I couldn't help myself because of my mental illness. i applaud employees like Cory and I hope you do to! That young man is the way our future should be. Remember that! As for my refund...we'll see on whether I take my upgrade and stay! as for you if you choose to use this company go see Cory. He is a hell of knowledgeable salesman that stands up and will fight for you if needed. Integrity, honor, honesty, and a backbone you don't find that package in very often anymore. thank you Cory for restoring my faith and not hating having to "deal" with me!
