“Went in for a Safety Recall and it was such an amazing experience the moment I got there. I first went to the wrong service side (Subaru) and that tech offered to hop in and show me where I missed the Hyundai side. We had a good laugh and it was great from there on! I look forward to any of my maintenance needs with them and possibly future lease, if not buyout! I don’t plan to go back to the dealership I got my car originally from, promises were made and not kept.”

“The service manager I worked with was fantastic! (I believe his name is Zak) He discovered that when I changed my license plate and renewed my registration, April 5, 2024, the registration was only valid until April 24, 2024. (Weird huh?:) He walked me through online registration on PennDOT. In a few minutes, we had my new registration and they were able to inspect my vehicle and do the emissions test required by Westmoreland County.

I did not.even think to ask his name but he got my flat tire which was stuck fast on my Jeep that I could not get removed off and put my spare on for me. Once he got there it was very quick service”

“Honest and truthful! We had our subaru towed to Hammill's because we thought the brake line blew. Eric and the crew looked everything over and determined it was merely a sensor, no issues. They could've told us we needed new brake lines etc.BUT they are ethical and honest! We don't know cars so we are dependent on an honest mechanic. With Hammill's we found one!”

a company it is to work for. These people do not tell you how they were either often late or missing work. And yes, just like any other labor job it's not a place for everybody. I no longer work here but as far as the company itself they do have a good pay scale and they do offer raises and bonuses. Every year they offer a safety bonus and a Christmas bonus. I hope you don't let the reviews of some snowflakes keep you from giving them a shot as an employer.”
