“One time my bank account got hacked and they were RIGHT ON IT!!! I got all my money back pretty quickly I thought!! Another time they alerted me of suspicious activity going on with my account they immediately alerted me and we got the problem taken care of immediately and I got my money back!!!”

“I love our bank. We have been with First Commonweaht bank for many years. We recently move to another state but were assured we could keep our accounts open with them without any additional fees attached. We were very happy to hear that. We have had some issues with companies trying to remove funds illegally from our account and they work with us on those matters. We are able to deposit checks online and have them put into our accounts within 1-2 business days. Any time we have an issue they are patient with us and help us in any way they can. The only downfall is we haven't been able to get a loan we have applied to as we also have a line of credit with them and our payments are automatically paid on time, so we aren't sure why that is. But overall, we do love our bank and the tellers in the Oakland Avenue Office! We just miss seeing them in person these days...”
