Bought a phone from cricket for it to be defective, they wanted to replace it with a refurbished phone which is absolutely ridiculous since the phone was less than 2 weeks old! I wasn't accepting a refurbished phone when I paid $300 for a brand new one that doesn't work properly! Good job cricket you lost 2 customers

Plan price is the best around. There are some places around here without service but that is the same with all carriers. For those of us who are technology challenged it is great to have a place to go where they can fix any problems.

The district manager Dylan is very nice and respectful. I received one of the greatest services from this store. I purchased an iphone with their newest deal and had no problems. Dylan helped me a lot throughout the process. 5-star service and can't beat these prices!
