This pharmacy has deteriorated. Rude and unhelpful pharmacists. Probably overworked and underappreciated. It's a shame.

Today, I arrived at my local CVS Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions via the drive-thru. The pharmacy closes at 1:30 PM. I was in line at 1:25 PM. The vehicle ahead of me took some time, and they pulled away right as the clock turned 1:30. As I pulled up, the staff was already lowering the metal screen and made eye contact with me. Instead of assisting me, they continued to close the screen.
I had to honk to get any acknowledgment. My car clock still showed 1:30. The lady at the window told me through the speaker, "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back. We close at 1:30." I explained that I had been in line before 1:30 and that she saw me pulling up, but she insisted she couldn't help me, despite the fact I was already there. There were even other cars behind me that had joined the line before 1:30.
Heaven forbid you help the customers who are already in line before eating your sandwich!
This experience was incredibly frustrating and showed a lack of consideration for customers who arrive on time. I hope CVS addresses this issue to prevent similar situations in the future.

Shopping CVS is always a great experience. You can’t beat the Care Pass program for savings. I shop there monthly and always come out with bargains. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I’ll be back for sure.

I registered to get my pneumonia shot. I had one five years ago, but my doctor told me that I needed another one. I had gotten the first one at the Minute Clinic inside of CVS. I thought I was registered with the same place, but it went to CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist was so rude when I was asking about the differences between the two injections. As she was chewing her gum so unprofessional, I could tell she was getting annoyed with my questions. I told her I wasn't getting the vaccine today until I talked with my doctor.

The staff is incompetent and not readily available to check people out. Then their self check outs are discriminatory towards a normal person. That's taller than 4 11. ... I can't check out if I can't even read to type in my number. Completely dissatisfied ??

I typically have decent experience with the pharmacy here.Today, I was finally able to pick up a medication I've needed for weeks. I prepaid on my app. I went through the drive thru, that won't happen again. I took my lunch to run over to simple pick them up. Making it what I thought as easy as possible. Not the case. I was told my pre pay wasn't going to work because of an $.89 medication that wasn't ready. One, by the way, that was ready by the time made it back to work. What a waste of my time. Lack of communication, inconvenience, and honestly terrible customer service. CVS is unfortunately a necessary evil for me because of insurance. I'd gladly go back to Rite Aid.

Some staff are lazy, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Slowest service I've ever experienced at any CVS in the nation. Their drive- thru service is always backed up because they only run one bay. This is a constant issue and the reason why I am searching for a new pharmacy.
