Terrible service. We hit a pothole and one of our calipers was damaged. We paid $1000.00 to have all 4 brakes and rotors replaced but somehow, the caliper was overlooked. We paid for detailing but the outside was washed (and it was raining when we picked up the car). There is something wrong with our windshield wipers. We will never ever ever deal with these people again. They used to be great but not anymore. If you would like to overpay, and not receive the services for which you paid, Delauney's is for you. If not, go elsewhere.

I needed a fuel line ventilation solenoid for a 2017 Silverado, a part that cost less than $40 and takes five minutes to change and they wanted to charge me OVER $400 to do.Be careful, they will rip you off if given the chance to.

My Hyundai was under warranty and Delany's refused to work on it. Pawned me off on another dealer who couldn't believe Delaney's handled it this way. Stay away!!!!!

Worst dealership I have ever worked with sales department people are very pushy. The service department people are rude and pushy. We bought a 2019 sonic rs new from them. Complained about paint pealing off car at the first oil change that was around 5000 or 6000 miles. They told me it was from road debris and it was not a defect. Huh that’s funny have other cars that sat lower than this car never had paint peel off and chip at that low of mileage. Then car broke down at 14000 miles. Which then they had car for 4 months. Car got returned to us damaged and wrecked.

Avoid at all costs. Got my car inspected here and ended up with a failed inspection and several hundred dollar estimate for labor before including parts. Went to another garage and my vehicle passed with flying colors. I'm here to write this review because the other garage laughed at me for asking twice if my vehicle had really passed. They said that if there was anything wrong, they would not have passed my vehicle. This means that I was intentionally misled by Delaney's service department.

Very disappointed. When purchasing the vehicle, I was told I had a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 100k miles. Now, 7 months after purchasing the vehicle, I have an issue and am told I only have a standard warranty good for 36k miles and it does not cover the part.

I had a great buying experience, Art the finance manager is simply the best at his job, fast, professional, and goes above and beyond. Would also like to thank Kelly and Jason at the Subaru location they are 2 great and helpful salesman. I will buying from this dealership for years to come and recommend anyone to go there for their next car.

I reached out to the service department to have my front brakes changed. I scheduled the appt for 8am (the earliest available), and dropped my vehicle off the night prior so it was ready to go. At 1030 that morning I called to check on the status of my vehicle, and I was informed it had no yet been pulled into the shop. I told them to not perform the maintenance, and I would pick it up and take it elsewhere. When I arrived they had put it in a lift, and ignored my request. Well, after doing the maintenance, it turns out they only did a brake check rather than a brake replacement. Last but not least, I was told to wait out front for my vehicle to be pulled around. After 30 minutes I went back inside and asked where myvehicle was, and it was still sitting outside their shop. Some real winners they have at Delaney. Oh, and my vehicle still tells me my right front tire needs air. A simple fix that I am capable of doing myself, but a thorough service department would have noticed and taken care of it.
