I have become skeptical of the monthly invoices Diamond Pharmacy sends. They continue to show older prescription transactions that were already paid. Confusing invoices. 8/26/2021 addition to review: two months after Diamond responded to this Google review, Diamond continues to send confusing invoices that include transactions from prior month already paid.

This company doesn’t pay the people what they are worth at all. It’s sad because there are amazing group of people there but they don’t recognize there worth. These people that work there go above and beyond for this company but yet they pay you pennies. I hope they will realize that you can go anywhere to work now for like 15 or 16$ but yet they can’t even give the workers that….. get it together and start showing these workers there worth because I was there for 7 years and have yet to see it. Diamond give the workers what they are worth……

I’ve had a few very strange and poor encounters with one of the evening Diamond delivery drivers to a community in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. This older, shorter, gray haired gentleman wears a baseball cap and has bloodshot, watery eyes. He also seems to be casing the facility while delivering medications. The gentleman also gives staff that are authorized to receive the packaged medications a hard time, questioning their credentials and motives for receiving the medications even after being provided names and verification of employment at our community. I do not believe this man should be delivering medications to ANY healthcare community and should be evaluated for continued employment with Diamond. I feel very unsafe with him on the campus. I sincerely hope Diamond takes action.

Customer service is horrible. Billing is 60 days behind. When asking questions, customer service rep became belligerent.If you have the choice, go somewhere else. Bills were close to $250 a month. Switched to CVS and they dropped to $20 a month.

If you want a pharmacy to incorrectly fill medications for your family member in a long term care center that consistently makes errors LOOK NO FURTHER people. Diamond Pharmacy is your place. The entire customer service staff is severely lacking customer service basic skills along with the pharmacists who haven’t read the Beers criteria most likely since they graduated pharmacy school. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase your family member’s meds from good rx and drop them off. At least you can double check with your own eyes that your family member is getting the appropriate medication.
