Wouldn't put down dog until paid in full! Then losing payment info and denied injured cat service. Plus writing me a nasty letter and threatening legal action. They were more humane before expansion.

Doctors are great but staff and front desk lack professionalism and just being decent to clients. There is no customer service. Makes me wonder if the Vet owners know their staff is like this. I know many others that go here and we all think the same.

The vet was amazing and caring. Unfortunately, the staff is very rude. Multiple times during check out, I had asked about which medications were prescribed to my dog and what the cost break down was for the services. Initially, I was met with no response and had to ask repeatedly for information pertaining to my dog's care. Staff informed me that they were focused on putting my charges into the computer rather than answering my questions. When they did stop their computer work to answer my questions, they gave me the total and rushed through the breakdown of charges. Going over the medications, I was informed of a medication that was not discussed with the vet. She rushed through the names and charges of the remaining medications. I am not sure if she didn't like being questioned or was rushing because I was the last customer of the day. Either way, the process was unfriendly, rushed and unprofessional. I was asked to give feedback, which was not well received. This is disappointing as this vet has come highly recommended.

I made an appointment a month in advance to get updated vaccinations (2 shots) done on my dog. The appointment was made for 11AM on Saturday morning, October 29th. A waited an hour and 15 minutes to get that simple procedure completed. I've used this clinic for 6 years. I might not use them again. In my opinion, this procedure should have been completed in about 15 minutes.

Outstanding! Wish I could leave more stars. Excellent veterinarian. Communicates very well with what is wrong with your pet along with a caring and compassionate staff.

The most excellent care was given to our family and beloved dog through the end of his life, treating his health conditions with expertise and love. Would recommend Dr Yogi and his team to anyone!

This was a great place until they expanded. The area needed an Emergency Vet Hospital. The problem is they were apparently not prepared for the transition. The place has turned into a train wreck. It appears to be understaffed and total confusion at this point. My dog has been getting monthly Cytopoint injections there, which started at my request. (Dr. Yogi doesn't like Cytopoint, he pushes apaquel) We had an appointment and went in for the shot. No shot "Dr. Yogi used them all up." "The refridgerator broke and ruined the Cytopoint." "We can't get any Cytopoint." "We will Call you." I called the manufacturer of Cytopoint and there are no delivery problems or shortages. I called other vets in town, they have Cytopoint readily available. They never called. I called them a few times, it has been two months since this started. The last time I called, I was on hold for ten minutes, before being disconnected. When we were in for the appointment that I mentioned earlier, I saw a man wait for about twenty minutes, because they couldn't locate his dead cats body.

Since the addition of the hospital the quality of care has diminished drastically. We recently lost our beloved dog to cancer that most likely should have been caught much sooner if the proper testing steps were taken by the doc. It wasn't until we demanded (months into having issues) bloodwork, x-rays and an ultrasound that led to a true diagnostic reason for his sickness after months of trips and phone calls with the doc. A second opinion brought clarity that we had unfortunately run out of time. Even a month sooner we might still have our little man still with us. There's no doubt that his cancer would be fatal eventually but to know that we should have had more time is painful and infuriating. We used to praise this clinic for the 12+ years we trusted in their care. Just seems like doc is slipping professionally due to having too many moving parts without another doc to help. These are the most important things that I can mention currently about our experience, there is more I could include but my hope is this can help with improving the practice and preventing this from happening to anyone else.

Unfortunately My dog was at the end of his road and had to be put down. I called at 830pm and the staff was ready with the door open when we arrived at 10. They were very compassionate and got us to a private room right away. It’s not something I ever wanted to go through but everyone was amazing to him and us.

We have moved around a lot over the years, so we have had 10 vets in the last 20 years, and this is the BEST VET and TEAM we have ever had. I drive from Altoona so that our fur babies can go there. We knew we loved Dr. Yogi and his team before, but a few months ago we found three little kittens under our shed. They were incredibly sick. The team was amazing! Two of the kittens healed up fast, while the smallest kitten eventually had to have her eye removed. She had to stay there for a few days before her surgery, they took such good care of her, they even let us talk to her over the phone. You can hear it their voices that they care about the animals that they treat, and I cannot stress how kind they are, not only to the patients that they treat, but to their families. We are so grateful!!

Just wanted to come on here and mention how much we appreciate Dr. Yogi Misra and staff. Our golden Cooper was boarded over the July 4th holiday and came home very sick and was very sick for days. We ended up seeing Dr. Yogi on the emergency side at Kalyani one evening and I can’t say enough great things about how we were treated and how quickly they took care of us. Cooper is finally on the mend and a lot better ? I love how close this clinic and hospital is to us and he’s always in great hands when we take him here. Here’s a picture of one happy and healthier doggo.

We feel very fortunate to know Dr. Yogi and his staff . They all go above the call of duty. When we rushed our girl Ziva in for an emergency everyone including one of the girls that was off duty did the best they could for her. We were so devastated and Dr. Yogi and the girls were so understanding and caring they worked on her right away the minute we walked in the door. We want to thank Dr Yogi and staff from the bottom of our hearts. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

We love the staff at Indian Springs. They were able to fit us in for an emergency visit. They treated Bentley like one of their own babies. He’s still recovering but I know that he received the best possible care. Thank you ?
