Asked if they carried or sold excavators and they said no. I found a pamphlet at the doorway that said otherwise. Then the excuses started to flow. You shouldn't lie to a customer, if you are too lazy to do your job and look it up then at least tell them you don't want to help them.

Not too impressed to be honest I dropped off my weed eater for a carb adjustment was told it be done that day and it wasn't after going back to town the next day to pick it up then I get it home and it doesn't run much better paid 15$ and drove a half hour to drop it off just to be jerked around and lied to and the guy at counter was cold and rude I'll never bring another thing in here again waste of time and money

Was looking for a new tractor for home maintenance. Called up and Lou answered phone and my excellent experience began. Lou is super knowledgeable of every product they sell and really smart on the ones they don't! Lou was able to get me great financing and had my tractor ready to go home a day earlier than requested. Absolutely love McAdoo. My business will stay there for sure.Thanks again Lou!!!
