I was in the store for the first time today. I had a great experience. They have a huge selection of casual dress and running shoes. They brought all different shoes out for me to try. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about each and every shoe I tried. I will be getting my shoes there from now on!!

It was extremely unprofessional to yell at the only employee that was there helping me. She was wonderful. The managers however were not. Extremely sad.

Michael is very knowledgeable and helpful especially if you have problems with your feet that make finding the right shoes difficult. I would recommend Michael B Shoes to anyone.

I recently tagged along on a shoe shopping expedition with my Mother and sister. I wasn't planning to buy anything but found a great pair of shoes. As I was trying one on, my Mother held up another pair from another display, so I ended up getting both pair!We found the staff to be helpful and friendly not pushy or the'tell you anything just to make a sale'kind of people. We each got 2 pair of shoes that day and we all love them!PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!! These folks are part of your communities and provide valuable products and services. I live in a small town & have to drive a distance for everything! Having a town with small shops & restaurants is amazing.

Michael was very easy to work with, custom orthotics appointment went quickly and easily, and he also found the types of shoes I need in my size (a tough task, Women's 12, with a wide toe box isn't easy to find!), and in styles I liked.

I personally have never bought use their but I am their window cleaner and I listen to how they interact with their customers and how personal mold they are they treat their customers like family very knowledgeable very very knowledgeable I'd highly recommend this place

Tony, Michael B and their employees are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I buy most of the Indiana High School apparel for my family from Michael B Shoes. It’s a great place to shop and has a wide selection of affordable priced shoes. I highly recommend!
