Visiting from out of state. It was very easy to schedule a same-day appointment, clinic was on schedule with no waiting. Provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Wait to get prescription filled afterwards was quick, maybe 15 minutes. Would recommend.

I went here a month ago for a horrible cough. I am prone to bronchitis so I did not want that to happen. The nurse there evaluated me first said I had an arrhythmia when checking my heart. Then her diagnosis was its allergies. Come to today I went to medexpress I have bronchitis and will now be on 4 different medications for it and I DO NOT have an arrhythmia. I have been dealing with this for almost 2 months because of a miss diagnosis, I will not go back to this place.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. Every time I have gone there I felt like I was asking a lot of them. I was there to just pick up my meds. Nothing special about it. I don't recommend this place at all

Nurse Dana could not have been any better at her job. Exceptional service with a warm smile and quick diagnosis. Would gladly drive the hour it takes again if needed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. The would screw up a one truck convoy. Employees act like your bothering them if you ask questions. Degrading to thier customers. I recommend ANYWHERE else but here. And if your a state employee, you DO NOT HAVE to go here.

I've gone here twice for work related bloodwork and will go back again this year. Always in and out in 15 minutes when you make your appointment ahead of time. Staff is very friendly and the offices are clean. These negative reviews make no sense in relation to my experiences here. Just wish Altoona or State College had a Minuteclinic as they are a closer drive for me.

Me and my wife both came in with sore throats, headaches, and nausea. Clearly something contagious that we had given to each other. We had felt this way for over a week. She said its just a cold and you will soon get over it. We did not. Take your sore throats somewhere else for antibiotics, she clearly does not like handing them out.

Had a rapid strep test done the first day white spots showed up on throat and tonsils (to me it was a no brainier) the test came back negative, but I know they can give false-negatives sometimes. She asked if I wanted to send it for a culture and I said yes, but she just told me she didn't think it was necessary because she didn't think I had strep (how she came to that conclusion I'm not sure) and threw away the swab. DO NOT go here. It will just cost you more money in the long run because you will need to go elsewhere.

I went to this Minute Clinic to get a PPD completed. The day I got it placed I was told it was $35 for my PPD and they would not run it through insurance. I was fine with that because I just needed it completed for work. They told me to come back in 48-72 hrs to have it read. I came back a couple days later to have it read and was surprised with an additional $30 charge. I was never told that it would be a total of $65 to have my PPD completed. When I complained to the nurse practitioner who did the reading, she stated it was a rip off and she always tells people to have someone else read it. If I knew that was an option I would have had my father in law, who is a ER doctor, read it for me. In addition, if I would have been told it was $65 to get my PPD completed I would not be upset, since it was disclosed to me from the start. This was my first and last time ever using a Minute Clinic.
