This is my go to store I'm here at least ounce a week to every other week but get place grat prices, staff couldn't be any nicer an helpful also great place for ppl who like our reptiles

The smell isn't great, but pretty much typical for a small mom & pop pet shop. Some of the tanks look good, others definitely not so much. The snakes definitely need bigger water bowls. But above all else, the parrots need to be cleaned. There is a blue and gold macaw and an African grey parrot, and their cages, perches, etc., are ENCRUSTED with filth. This isn't, oh, we were busy and didn't get a chance to clean them today. This is at least weeks or even months of dirt and grime and spoiled food and droppings. Won't be back.

This store is not well maintained. It smells bad and the enclosures are way too small for the sizes of the animals. It is unclean and very depressing. It is a very upsetting store to be in.

The gentleman that owns it was very very helpful to guide me with my fish tank.... And also took 6 of my goldfish that got to big for my tank.... A very good experience.....?

All the animals look sick. The store smells of rot, death, and mold. The staff are basically nonexistent. This place made me and my gf soooo sad. The animals there deserve so much better. ?

We purchased our beardie from them. The woman who helped us was amazing! We went back a week later to pick up some other items and I left not purchasing anything. The man was rude, and completely uninterested in helping me or engaging in any kind of discussion whatsoever. I won’t be returning again. I’ll drive to Ambridge from now on.
