4/5 simply cause the layout is confusing and they could use overhead signage. They have a lot of options for all sorts of animals, and always have cute cats available for adoption. Staff was super helpful and friendly! Make sure they get raises!

We bought koi fish and got a little surprise of a sucker fish that someone surrendered there. The staff could not of been nicer and so eager to help us with our purchase!! 10/10 customers service!!!!
