didn't have a lot of options for other animals..uf you have a cat or dog then your set, oh n some fish stuff too.. exotic animal stuff you might as well not waste your time going here..

Neaver buy pets from here or any pet store. They are mistreated.they come from pet mills which is cruty to animals.

Such an odd location. You can tell that it was some type of other business before it switched over to this. Or maybe they intentionally made it this way. It is located in a building with one other business, a vape shop. The reason I believe this building was initially something else is that the vape shop has a drive up window, like this used to be a pharmacy of some sort. With it sharing the space of the building, it has a weird setup up inside. Normally PetSmart has the whole building and this one is 2/3 the size. It felt cramped and I felt rushed when looking through here. We ended up going down the aisles and finding a quickly thrown together clearance section. There were some great finds there, but not necessarily on items that everyone needs. After feeling claustrophobic, I needed to get out of here. I made my way to the register, paid and had a nice chat with the employee and was on my way.

They refused to sale me fish the other night because I came in at 8:01 and they said they only sale fish until 8. And now I came back today and they won't sale me fish today because they said it's to cold outside and she was very passive aggressive it was the manager! They really need to get themselves together

PetSmart is one of the few places that carries my dog's food...yes, it's a chain and people have their opinions about them but this particular location has the best people working there...always pleasant, super nice and helpful! Never had a bad experience in the store.

Staff are helpful and quick. They usually have what I'm looking for and at a decent price. Not to mention, they price match which I use a lot.
