I was just there today, I went to withdraw money. The lady said "you're giving me red flags", I provided my ID, address, and most recent transactions yet I was treated like a criminal. This branch has always been mismanaged, and appears to hire people with limited customer service capabilities. I would recommend going to another branch.

I went into the bank to close my account and Javan was so nice during the process, I work in banking and appreciate how he kept his promise to me in checking my account to close it at the earliest it could be. Definitely the guy you want to do your business with!

Very rude customer service. I sold my house and was withdrawing money like I have done multiple times at a different PNC since selling my house and now all of sudden this bank wants to verify my wire from my house. And are being extremely rude with me when I ask how much longer because I’ve sat here for 30 minutes already

Absolutely terrible, dismissive service. My husband and I have five accounts between the two of us but because I keep a small balance in mine, when I went into the branch they did not take me seriously at all and charged me a fee for paper statements that I cancelled over a year ago. We are switching banks asap and I would not recommend PNC to anyone.

Slowest, least efficient, and most incompetent bank staff I've ever seen; even closing my account was a chore. It's like they get off on wasting your time. PNC in Indiana PA has been a joke since the Phialdelphia St branch closed.

Since my Better Business Bureau complaint my issue was resolved swiftly, I am frustrated to find out that all it would have taken was verifying my ID at this branch, that is all they had to do but they refused, I was treated like I was committing crimes and even after it was all cleared up still getting some weird treatment from staff like "I am suspicious".It's a shame you have to go to such lengths for people to assist you, you would think just doing their job would be good enough..

I am very satisfied with this branch and all of the employees I dealt with. However they have closed so many branches that this is the last one within 100 miles and I worry it's just a matter of time before it closes. If I wanted an internet bank I'd get one that offered a whole range of services over the internet.

Tellers are very helpful. But the staff have no idea what is going on. Yet they'll call you to see if you want to open a credit card with them consistently.

I drove 120 miles to pick up papers that they said would be ready. They had three days to prepare them and have them ready but couldn’t locate them. The irritated girl seemed extremely put out that she had to find them.I suggested she print them out and she reluctantly did .

Very Poor Management. Bank manager made a mistake with my business account and it cost me half a day attempting to fix it. Most of the tellers at this location are very helpful and friendly.

Attention all IUP students- Please be careful with the bank. They change the terms of the account and do not communicate that to you and delete your account. They disrespect you when your asking for services.Also, they delete all the reviews if they feel it’s not positive. Please be careful
