I have been working with Pro-Packet for all printing need for many many years and have always been extremely satisfied with them. Their professionalism and customer first attitude is a breath of fresh air versus the big box stores where you are just a number. I will continue using them and will not hesitate to refer them to anyone else looking for great service, great results, and down to earth to people to work with who actually care.

Nearly every single time I've been in here has been horrible from being ignored, huffed and puffed at, or just overall lack of any decency and customer services skills. I was shocked to see this place had so many good reviews since I've sadly never had a good experience here after returning numerous times. However, I'm never returning after my most recent experience. I brought in a 2 page pdf that I needed printed. The owner kept rudely blaming me for the document prompting pop ups on his computer. I'm a graphic designer with a lot of experience handling tricky files. So I went home, reconfigured the pdf file on Adobe Acrobat and my boyfriend went the next week to pick it up. Again, for some reason the pdf prompted pop-ups on the guy's computer who angrily said "Jesus Christ! Not this again." My bf left without saying anything, went to Copies Plus who were easily able to open the pdf with zero problems. Never going to Pro Packet again and I wouldn't recommend going there to absolutely anyone.
