This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They refuse to answer the phone and normally ignore emails about service. **************** is horrible, it is out as much as it is on and they will only credit your account if it is out for 12 consecutive hours. This company is horrible, STAY AWAY!

Have never dealt with a company that had such poor customer service. Internet is constantly off and on, when you email them (which you have to do because they refuse to answer the phone) they tell you they will come look at the problem for a $50 per half hour service fee. STAY AWAY!

Cld and left a mg and was never cld bk shows how they r as a company. If I have a company that I'm paying for dont want to not be able to get ahold of them. If they dont call u bk to start service and answer questions thrn they dont need my money or business
