Requested style: I took both my daughters for promotion nails and neither time did they disappoint. The prices are great, and they are very accommodating with the different styles! My younger daughter got a basic length solid color full acrylic set and my oldest got a super long, point, multi colored dagger full set, and they honestly did an amazing job on both, and the quality was great. Call ahead to make sure they have an opening, as I believe they are appointment only, but highly recommend!

At first glance the place seemed a little sketchy and disorganized, but that was to be expected from a mall nail salon. When I sat down to get my acrylic nails off they ripped them from my nails (which if you have acrylics, you know you aren't supposed to do). However, the staff seemed quite friendly and gave good advice on what colors to pick. The service was quick, which I appreciated because I tend to get restless when sitting in nail salons for long periods of time. I also really liked the low price that I paid. Overall, I recommend to someone who just wants a quick, affordable, and overall average salon experience.

Went in for a full set had a picture ready and she said she could do it and she did the whole thing wrong and got my length wrong. The lady was also very agressing and slapping my hands throughout the whole time. Very disappointedService: Acrylic nails

My two friends and I scheduled an appointment for dip nails for prom a week prior to the appointment, but upon arriving at the spa, they claimed they did not have our names or appointment in the book. The man on the phone confirmed both the date and time of the appointment, but when we got there it was supposedly nowhere to be found. I’m sure this was a simple communication error, or perhaps he forgot to write down the appointment; regardless, still disappointing. My friends and I had to rush around Indiana to find another spa that would take us last minute, and luckily O’ Nails was able to. Disappointed and annoyed with this place.

My friends and I made an appointment for our nails over the phone. Went in for our appointment and they said the appointment was no where on record, despite them confirming the time and date over the phone.

Terrible experience. I got a pedicure it only lasted 15 minutes and I was charged $35. Definitely not worth the money at all. The lady was very AGGRESSIVE. She pulled my feet and pushed them back into the water. She was extremely rough. I also got a gel manicure and again she was very aggressive, pulling my hands. The tips of my nails are already scuffed up, like they were not allowed enough time to dry. The quality is not worth the $35 I spent. I will not be coming back here. Very disappointed.

Docking a star for the length of time that I waited. Showed up for my 5:30 appointment 5-10 mins early and then they took another customer back for pedicure the same time they sat me at a station. I waited almost 30 mins for someone to start on my nails. Other than waiting, I am very satisfied with how my nails came out and how much they cost. Fair prices. Thank you.Service: Acrylic nails
