I went up to Toyota yesterday to get an inspection and oil change. I guess my front brakes we getting ready to be changed. They were told to go ahead and change them if they were bad. I guess they also changed roters too. Why I don t know but JUST the front brakes job cost me 451.93. When I left there my total bill with air filters was647.95. Which I feel was a terrible cost for just front brakes

Be sure when you receive your service they actually preform the service. My car has had routine maintaince from them for 2.5 years since purchase and this past week I was shown my air filters that are "checked" at different times during routine maintaince. They have NEVER been changed and I reviewed my service records with them for when they were to be checked and no mention of concern to be changed and no change of filters. Then I was asked four times if I wanted to have them changed since it would be an additional $80...OF COURSE! They were BLACK and just filthy. So disappointed in their service as we do this with both of our cars to maintain the warranty...dealership was contacted before I left, but they just don't seem to see the issue.

Tim Neal is so personable and easy going! No pressure, just a great car buying experience. We live an hour away and would not hesitate to buy our next car from Colonial Toyota or Colonial Motor Mart. Great people to deal with!

I would buy another vehicle from Colonial Toyota. it was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. The sales personnel were very nice not pushy. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. I have been telling everyone but this dealership. I would give them a 5 star rating.

I took my new Toyota highlander over to the service department and complained that the engine was accelerating when I was braking for a stop. It also would hesitate when I first started at times. They checked it over at the service department, said they had checked on all the bulletins and that there were no recalls for that problem. They expected me to believe that that was just the way the car worked because of the type of fuel injection system that it has. I said it was a safety issue and that I doubted that Toyota creates a car that has these kind of safety issues especially in lieu of all the new safety features that this vehicle contains. I got no satisfaction from their service department. Maybe if I take it to another dealership I can find someone who can fix the problem.

This is by far the worst dealership in PA. First off their used cars are not truly gone over thoroughly. I went there to buy what looked to be beautiful used 2015 pick up truck. Low and behold after driving it off the lot, with fresh "inspections," I quickly realized the entire driver side front end is broken. Bringing it back to the dealer for repairs, it sat on the lot for almost two weeks before I was told anything of which I had to call THEM to find anything out. They attempted to fix all of the issues, but instead not only did they miss all of the things that were already broken when they sold it to me (that I had to point out to them,) but then they proceeded to break even more parts in attempt to fixing the original problems. Which of course wasn't realized again until they gave me my truck back to drive home improperly fixed. As I stop for fuel about an hour away to realize all of my front differential fluid is under and all over the bottom of my truck. Guess who didn't even make it home with his "barely used and completely fixed new truck." Then I take it to a real trained dealer where they find 3 more things still broke and never even noticed by Toyota that needed fixed. Two months after buying my truck it's still at a "lift specialist" so I was told, basically getting a whole new front end. Some how without my permission unannounced to me, This BS Dealer call the lift place tells them to put my broke truck back together. So they can come get it behind my back. And drive it back to their dealer which is where I did not want it ever again. Then after calling the ford dealer that diagnosed and came up with all the things colonial Toyota missed, I come to find out who the lift " specialist" was. I call the lift people to find out Colonial Toyota decided to just go get my truck without my permission. After finding this out I call Toyota to find out where my truck is. Their third party Manager tells me it's there. So him and I discuss returning my Truck. "Cause it's fixed" after three months of chasing them around. Just to come to find out, they took my replaced half shaft off and replaced it with the old one they didn't not fix my outer wheel bearings and now I have two wonderful deep scratches in my roof, dew to their way below average mechanics, lifted it to high. Some how colonial Toyota just so happened to miss all the underlining issues of a vehicle before they choose to slap a sticker on it and sell it to a customer fully knowing it was unsafe. Not one person was fired or let go for doing their jobs beyond improperly, even after their service manager told me they didn't know what they we're doing. It took me over a week to get a return phone call from their sad excuse for a general manager. SoIf I was going to do professional business, I would NEVER GO to this dealer. They are 100% liars and shady as all hell. I shouldn't have been sold an unsafe vehicle/given it back in less than two weeks later for repairs and then also have chase them down for answers/updates. If you need any proof or have questions PLEASE contact me. DON'T make the same mistake I did by trusting this ignorant excuse of a dealer. Cj the owner and his Gm Joe are cowards and scam artist! If I could give this place a zero star I would! Don't ever make a mistake of doing business with this clowns! YOU'll REGRET IT!!!!
