I have bought two jeeps from TriStar. Both times the sales experience was great. Overall, I have not had too many issues with the service department. There was an issue with getting a recall taken care of, but they worked very hard to get it resolved and gave me a vehicle to have for the day when they went to take care of everything. They also have a “dent Wizard” that comes to the dealership, and I was given a very fair price to get the dents out of my vehicle. And they did excellent work when it came to repairing the dents. The only thing I would advise is that when they recommend you need something, don’t be afraid to go and get a second opinion. I have had incidences two different times where I have been told that I needed tires and I went and got a second opinion and I was told that no, I could absolutely go a little bit longer on the tires I was driving.

Service was good. Service writers are very friendly and return calls in a very timely manner. Unfortunately they were under staffed which caused me alot of extra running around and asking my friends for a ride my vehicle dropped off and picked up. Inspection costs were very high.

Service was great. Quick to greet,diagnose,and resolve the issues I was having with my truck. This was the first time I had to use my extended warranty by easy care. Emily in service took care of everything for me. Highly recommend Tri star motors and Easy Care warranties.

Ive had two vehicle there. The first on a 2017 dodge durango they couldnt figure out the auto-start problem. Said both batteries where bad. I replaced them. $600.00 dollars later and the light is back on. Take the vehicle back and now they said the hood latch is bad. Replaced it and drove it home, didnt even make it home, lights back on. So i had enough and traded it in on a newer Jeep. Now the jeep is having problems with the air conditioning and the service department cant figure it out. Im very disappointed in the service deptartment there. They always have a excuse. It was supossed to be there and fixed right away. Three days later its still there and they have done nothing to it. Pretty bad ive spend tons of money there and have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Never again will i deal with that service department. They need to fix the management and higher qualified techs that know how to do there jobs. Sorry to be this way but that department needs real fixing!

The service department in Indiana is AWFUL!! They have no idea what they are doing. We had to purchase a new vehicle because they could not diagnose what was wrong with our vehicle after having it 3 weeks. Their communication is terrible as well.
