Have shipped out numerous things from the post office and have had a good experience. But earlier this week I shipped out something that was fragile, bubble wrapped it, packing peanuts, and had news paper around it. Wasn’t worried about the item moving around or even breaking. But the one problem I remember happening is the gentleman Cody(even remembered his name) put the shipping label on the box right next to the fragile sticker, and proceeded to toss my box into the bin. Which I am highly confident broke the item. I am never a person to complain, but this pissed me off.

Absolutely RUDE RUDE RUDE. I came in to find out what happened to my package and the counter person (older woman with dark and grayish hair) was so incredibly irritated…and so rude. I paid $50 plus dollars and have every right to find out what happened to my package. She looked up the wrong package and said it had been delivered…I looked up the tracking number myself, and it was reverted back to New York…not delivered. There were two international packages and she mixed them up. I did try telling her that she was referring to another package. She was visibly angry…why does she work here?!?!? GET A JOB NOT WORKING WITH PEOPLE IF YOU CANT BE PROFESSIONAL.

Brought all other mail but a package that i have been waiting for. Today is day 3 8/8/25. Mailman marked it that I requested it would be held at the post office, which is NOT the case. My husband didnt even talk to him. I've been getting from the company i ordered from for a few months now & never had any issues before.

I went into the post office today to get fingerprinted for school, and let me just say this was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any post office, all thanks to JOHN! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the kindest smile and the most positive energy. He was not only incredibly helpful and informative, but he also made the whole process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable!
JOHN DESERVES A RAISE, A BONUS, A TROPHY SOMETHING! His attitude, professionalism, and uplifting spirit were next level. I left feeling so grateful for his help.
10000000/10 stars!! Seriously, if every employee was like John, the world would be a better place. THANK YOU JOHN!!! 🙌✨👏📬

People need to realize that the Post Office isn't responsible for tracking YOUR package you are responsible for doing that. And don't complain when your mailman says something about your mailbox being overstuffed. Get off your butt and go get your mail or you can just plan on not getting any mail...that simple

They claim to have a “Hold Mail” service but I have seen no evidence of this after attempts to have my mail held on several different occasions

Staff is rude and don’t clearly listen on the phone.
I contacted them about a missing package that I sent out on April first.
I dropped it in the box near the dollar store, for some reason staff claims that they don’t scan in packages dropped in the box even though they have the last 4 times I dropped something in there.
“I’m not sure what you’re calling me for”. Useless.

Good luck getting your important tax documents and you’re missing packages when they lose them, because apparently they have no idea where they are. Package was supposed to be delivered to my residence and was instead shoved in some random person’s mailbox and apparently the post office workers have no idea where it went… It was irreplaceable and a week later, they still don’t have any solutions. Incompetent.

I'm frustrated with Sunday deliveries. My issue is ONLY with the Sunday deliveries. I have a front stoop, not even big enough to call a porch, with huge planters blocking the steps for access to deter people from using said stoop. There is no roof or shelter from the elements above the stoop. I also have a COVERED PORCH, just to the right of the stoop, where my mailbox is located. Whoever delivers packages on Sundays, consistently leaves packages on the stoop, exposed to the elements. I had a box of Christmas gifts left out in the rain for a day before I found the package. It was delivered a day earlier than expected, so I wasn't looking for it. Amazon covered the replacements, but they shouldn't have had to. There is no common sense to be had with the Sunday delivery people. I have called and filed complaints, but I am still finding packages on the stoop.

The 800 number on here is the main number not the number for the this location. Whoever designed that 800 number system obviously has no idea what they're doing. It is literally the worst automated system I've ever come across. This almost has to have been purposeful. Whoever's in charge should be fired immediately. You do not know how to do your job correctly. I had to call another post office to get the number for the post office that I needed to speak to. You've been a business long enough You should know better on how to answer a phone. Apparently we don't have educated people running our postal system. You can't even make money by phone if you don't know how to make it work correctly. It didn't get anything I asked it correctly at all. It would not let me talk to representative. It was just round and round every time with the wrong answer. Pressing zero didn't even do anything. I couldn't get out of the system to do any business. I think somebody has done this on purpose it doesn't make sense. AI is bad but this is exceptionally bad.
