This is now the 5th time that they’re lost my package, from the same company. I have to go in and ask about said missing package 2-3 times after receiving the email from IUP’s post office that my package has arrive before it magically appears.

Fantastic service and excellent employees. PLEASE NOTE they no longer do customs forms and they don't take Credit/Debit.
