The Bi-Lo ON 4th Street, Indiana, is a gift to us. The store is clean, easy to navigate, well-stocked and has the best meats in town. It can't be beat.

I would give it a negative rating if I could, everything is overpriced. I live 2 blocks away and I will literally drive to any other store instead of giving them my money.

I made an appointment for children's passports here. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone the day before and he stated if the mother wasn't present all I needed was a form from the notary that my wife had to sign. Upon arrival a very rude teller stated that I needed a copy of my wife's drivers license to be able to do. She said unfortunately everyone that works there doesn't know the passport rules. No organization at all

I rented books for college and tried to return them through USPS. I brought the three books into the postal office in Indiana, PA and they packaged them for me and everything. About two weeks later or so i get the label in the mail, which appears to have been cut off of the box with a knife/scissors. It also had a letter stating that my package has been lost. I filed a lost package claim and even went to the postal office numerous times with no luck. The clerk (rudely) told me that i must not have secured the label well enough. I informed her that one of their employees packaged and "secured" the label for me. All i got was 'nothing we can do, file a claim'. I did file a claim immediately and not once was contacted by phone nor email about my lost package. I guess if they lose your package it is a lost cause. I ended up having to pay full price for those lost books, totally nearly $400.00. Do not put your trust in this company. I was overly polite and claim during this whole process while they through attitude and ignorance in my face. I will never send a package through them again. DO NOT SEND PACKAGES THROUGH USPS.
