Went here due to an issue with an online order. Got in an out within an hour. While I was there we Ported my number from Cricket, and got a new iPhone and the guy I worked with was good. That part was great! But Before I left I asked the rep how much my bill would be and he told me the price. Which I was okay with. While I was there, I never signed anything or agreed to have anything extra added. When I went to my local Verizon store they explained to me that my bill was way higher than what I was told it would be.. due to the rep adding device protection, the Apple one perk, and another perk for 100GB hotspot. All of which were a total of $37 of which I did not agree to or was even asked about. So, I’m not planning on going back to this location! I will drive to State College or Olean!!!

I went in for an issue with my wife’s cell phone, it was not receiving service. They were able to fix the problem in about 10 minutes. I shopped around while I waited.

I came here to switch from cricket and had a young guy helping me his name was Brandon and did everything he could to help me get a new phone and new number for a good price , he was very helpful and we were waited on right away !

Everytime one of my accounts send me a verification code on my new Verizon phone. I seeth.. it was a simple transfer from Xfinity to Verizon. The incompetence on the customer service led me here. Where for an hour, first my husband's number was transferred to my phone. Then my number lost in the cellphone black hole where I was given a "temporary number" that would transfer to my phone that afternoon. It's gone now. And I'm locked out of so many of my accounts. A pain in the A$$ to get into them. Furious. So glad I came back to Verizon.PS... A copy and paste apology doesn't make it LESS FRUSTRATING every time I can't access an important account because they want to send a verification to the number you lost.

Friendly service, but I'm pretty upset. I went here because of the Verizon incompetence with the customer service lines. It was mix up after another transferring me back to Verizon and I've now lost my number. So it'll be a pain trying to verify this new device without the phone number that goes along with most of my apps. Not as happy to be back at Verizon as I thought.

This has to be the worst VZW Corporate Store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I wasted hours of driving to fix the issues that were created because of the B2B rep.... BE AWARE!

Great experience here when I wasn't initially sold on transferring to Verizon; however, Sean was incredible. He is very knowledgeable and is/was willing to help us from start to finish over a 3+week time frame ensure everything was completed as promised (5 lines/5 phones for family both in and out of town) More personalized experience than I was expecting for sure.

Krista was amazing. I had an issue with an ongoing service that I needed help with. She took care of it and even helped me get my own line taken care of. She helped in more than one way and it was amazing. 5 stars isn’t enough for what she did. I highly recommend having her help.

Rude Towards Customers...Waited 45min.Just To Be Told That The Phone That Customer Service Said Was In Stock Was Not Available And No Comparable Phone Was Available...Watched An Elderly Customer Come In To Pay Her Bill Be Told She Would Have To Wait 45 minutes...IT WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER❗️...AND A LITTLE COMMON COURTESY GOES A LONG WAY...REMBER,THE MONEY SHE WAS GOING TO PAY WITH IS WHERE THEY GET THE MONEY TO PAY YOU DEADBEATS ❗️?
