I stopped by the store on Saturday with my mom and dad. My mom asked me to come for support and help her, as she does not know very much about phones and phone plans. I didn’t really have to help much at all, the Store Associate by the name of Nate helped them every step of the way. He helped my parents keep their numbers and transfer all their phone information into their new phones. Nate was polite and kind during the almost hour long process that we ended up embarking on. I think anyone would be blessed to have Nate help you, I know I was very happy the entire time he spent helping my parents out and was grateful it was him. Shout out to Nate, definitely sales manager material ??.

SCAM !! I ended up paying from $80.00 a month to $ 170.00 a month!! the customer services pretty much scammed us . We bought new phones the guy said there was going to be 400.00 dollar off each phone, and he told us we would only be paying an extra of 15 dollars a month then we were before, plus! At the beginning there were no extra taxed now we are stuck with extra taxed, we purchased 2 phones and at the end of the story the big guy brown hair trying to make commission Lied to us and now I'm stuck with Comcast for 2 year with this price. I Do not recommend Comcast mobile to anyone! SCAM!!! We went there a second time just for an explanation and to get the price promised to us the person that sold us the phones pretended we weren't even there didn't say hello and another person there didn't even know what was going on he couldn't really give us an explanation. We explained to him that the person that pretended we were not there said that he gave us a deal of 400 off each phone promotional credit to turn in our old phones and that we would only have to pay an extra of 15 dollars per month on both of these new phones compared to what we were paying on our older phones but they charged us way more than 15 dollars a month and we couldn't get the 400 dollar promotion because you have to turn the phones in in a certain span of time which is a process to set you up so you don't get that 400 dollar promotion on your new phone. I am more angry about the fact that this person promised us that we would only have to pay an extra of 15 dollar a month on each phone but we had to pay more than double of that on each phone. This is a scam do not get a new phone with Xfinity Comcast.

Can never get a hold of a person. Automated service keeps circling you around without connecting you to someone and when it finally tries your on hold forever

They double charged my debit account $948 which overdraft my account and they wouldn't refund my money even after a ticket was created. Garbage.

Wanted to talk to someone at my local store because that’s where I would be returning equipment and I got an 800 number to sit on hold for over 40 min after calling 5 times trying to speak to a real live person. Why because the shipped me out a modem that was not only used it looked like it got tossed around. If we have physical stores then why can’t we call our local physical store? Not everybody has the time to sit on hold for almost an hour just waiting to talk to somebody.

I couldn't say enough about how helpful Ali was with helping me set up my new modem. I'm older and have a hard time with all technology. I absolutely went to the right place. Any problems with Xfinity I would recommend the Indiana store!

It took under 5 minutes to return equipment and upgrade the modem. The young man who assisted me was very well mannered and knew what he was doing. He approached me As soon as I walked through the door. No wait time at all. Visiting an Xfinity store definately beats being placed on hold for 20-40 minutes on the phone.
