Company is a joke they overcharge then when u call them out on there bill takes a million phone calls to get it fixed,, only use Comcast as a last resort,, and horrible customer service because when they mess up your bill which they will, it’s impossible to get a hold of him you’re on the phone for at least an hour in the problem still doesn’t get fixed. Believe me I know from years ago experience from them.

Folks at this store are friendly and helpful but Comcast/Xfinity as a whole is the worst company to deal with. Everything is automated and they never provide a resolution. Prices are skyrocketing out of control and the service keeps getting worse and worse. Avoid Xfinity as a company at all costs

I would definitely recommend this place I am their window cleaner and I hear how they interact with the customers they're polite friendly very very helpful I would highly recommend this place to anyone these people are definitely great at what they do and you can tell they enjoy what they do so if you're up this way and need help please stop you won't be disappointed

Worst service I have ever experienced. There is no guarantee that you will have service. In the last three days there have been three outages, which seems to be business as usual for Xfinity/Comcast. Complaints have been filed with FCC and PA AG.

Cindy, the assistant Manager was very helpful with me returning equipment from my account in Michigan. Even speaking with the online representative to be sure my account was properly noted.

John from this store was great! I had broke my straight talk phone, and wanted to go on my husband's Comcast plan.. John worked diligently so I could keep my previous cell number, even though straight talk kept putting up road blocks. As far as I was concerned, he went above and beyond!

Xfinity as a corporation sucks. Eliminated our tv service due to constant outages. And still.. Never have internet service due to outages but continue to be charged for the top tier service for which I pay. If you have options. Choose ANYONE else..

Employee lost his temper and followed us out of the store cursing into the parking lot. Waited an hour before being helped just to be told we don't qualify. If someone would have taken literally 1 minute to talk to us we would have know and not wasted our time.

Absolutely terrible after finding out that you have to have the Internet service to open the phone told them they should advertise that better then had a heavier set representative with a goatee told me to calm down when I had already left and proceeded to follow me out of the store and get into a verbal argument where he threatened to quote him "beat my ass" yelling across the parking lot in front of other customers

Just an awful store to deal with. They have messed up my phone plan on several occasions. They couldn't return my father-in-laws phone in store, but in fact they could have according to customer service. So we had to suspend his phone line & mail his phone in to Xfinity. It took two weeks for them to confirm they had the phone. In that time with the phone number being suspended he ended up losing his phone number he had for years. Now the latest debacle is they neglected to add the insurance to my fiance's phone, but they included it to the other two phones that were purchased that same day. So now since they are unable to do the most menial task to add insurance on all the phones we'll need to buy a new phone or repair her screen. Customer service wasn't much help either & couldn't comprehend that all the phones should have been covered under the insurance. Why would I not get coverage on all the new phones I just purchased? If you want to switch over to Xfinity I recommend another store. Even better yet go to a different phone provider or get a carrier pidgeon & a telegraph. Anything would be better than dealing with the Indiana, Pennsylvania Xfinity store.
