“No one can get me in a truck the day I needed it but Enterprise and I wasn't going to use U-Haul again after they tried to overbill me by almost $1,200 for a deer hit when I had the full insurance package”

“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”

A truly amazing customer experience and Bob never disappoints. He is so passionate for serving customers and always goes out of his way and helps them achieve their needs at a great price.In my case, he stayed late on Sunday and helped me with a truck rental.Kudos to you Bob!!!! “I get my oil changes done here and have rented a moving truck on occasion here as well. Every time I come here the owner and staff have always been so friendly and the service has always been quick so you can continue with your day. Prices are great and I love that I don’t need an appointment for an oil change! Highly recommend!”
“This U Haul is a main office, is well stocked and staffed but the staff is not taking care of the customers or trucks. Here is my experience:
Truck had problems in not being able to start because the key was stuck and would not rotate. Had to call and wait for help. I kept trying and finally after wiggling it many times it started. This was repeated several times! Very frustrating!
Secondly I had reserved pads but they were not in the truck. On checking out when I returned the truck that evening, I was charged $15 - had to wait for a manager to show up for the refund.
Seems the staff is not trained or does not pay attention to taking care of business.”

“I have a storage unit here and have never had an issue with the unit rental. Years ago there was a small price increase and I didn't receive notification in advance. My bill is automatically deducted so I would have liked to have been notified. The facility is well kept and has good hours. I have also rented U-Haul vehicles from here and purchased moving supplies.
The parking is challenging, even for an experienced driver. The signage for checking in a vehicle and trying to park for a storage unit is not as clear to someone as a new driver or if they've never been to the location. Parking for the units is tight. As such a big facility, it would be nice if the parking was more ample.”
“This is one of those businesses you need to support. Family owned, good people, very friendly, and great communicators.
I purchased a bunch of yakima stuff from them and they were the best about everything. If I need anything else for my truck they'll be the first people I call to see if they carry what I'm looking for because I know I'm feeding families here, not buying some box store ceo a jet.

“General Rental Center was super helpful offloading my car and detaching the car hauler. There was significant snowfall during the night and they had scraped the parking area bare making disconnecting the safety chairs much more pleasant. The just disconnected the trailer and I drove away. I wasn't required to back to trailer into a parking spot which was fantastic! I took the truck to my home to offload the contents and returned the truck to General Rental Center without issue. Very seemly process. Highly recommend them to anyone picking up or dropping off a U-Haul.”

“I went to Neville ISLAND TO Penske for fuel for my company and I will tell you they treat you pretty good don’t have to get out just pull up and they give you the service you came there for it was great service .”
“Great mechanic quick service to simple things, wish they would hire a person to pump fuel. For those that cpm or lease operators time is everything. But overall great stop. 20 min wait for fuel.”
