Always had good experiences here. This truly was a mom & pop store. They are closing to retire. Unfortunately, the franchise cannot be sold to another entity without being relocated. Such a terrible shame because this location was so convenient & had plenty of parking available.

Neighborhood hardware shop always had what I needed to complete a project and always had great advice. It's going to suck when the do shut down. Hate going to the big stores.

Terrible experience today. I was in for drill bits and easy outs. I asked for help because I wasn't too familiar with the sizing of the bits. I allowed the worker to literally show me exactly what I needed for the job. 1 thing I purchased was incorrect (I mentioned I thought it may be wrong but stated that they are the professionals with that stuff). This was no big deal, however, when I sent an employee to return it, he was told he could not due to the packaging being opened. When I called to speak with the store employee, he told me he didn't care if they told me what to buy and asked me (who's the mechanic, me or you?). I feel like this treatment is completely unacceptable and being in the customer service industry, I would never treat or talk to a customer this way. If you don't know your product, maybe you shouldn't offer to help the second I walk into the door. I've been here numerous times but honestly this time was enough for me to never return.

Joe, Tom and the staff are genius!!! They provide solutions that save money, labor, and provide quality parts. I was able to install everything in 6 hrs with their help. Heat, on demand hot water, clothes washer, and steam dryer. Happy New Year! Love All Serve All!!!!
