Another amazing stay at this Bw plus. We were planning our next visit before we left. The suites are very spacious and the staff is always accomodating. We reccomend this hotel to everyone we know who vist Lancaster County Pa. Several people I have reccomended state they will stay no where else but this property for now on. Thanks and do not change. Joellee is amazing and needs a raise

TV didn't always work. I'd love to see bulk shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every room. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice indoor pool. Evening front desk clerk was maybe having a bad day. Complimentary breakfast was very goff good.

Very well appointed and a nice place to stay in the middle of Amish Country. Comfortable and accommodating. The staff is professional and cordial. The price of rooms fluctuate and can be pricey depended upon the time of year.
Noteworthy details: Coffee bar in the lounge and snacks available. The on-site restaurant is a plus for any hotel.

A very clean hotel. Rooms were large enough. Beds, pillows, and towels were fine. Bathroom sink was large enough. Nothing was dated or scuffed. Mini fridge was larger than some we've had. Housekeeping was great. I requested a few extra wash clothes and a specific time frame to clean our room-no problem. Strong Wi-Fi. Late afternoon/night staff were very friendly. Easy walk into Intercourse/Kountry Kettle Kitchen. Stoltzfus Meats has a variety of food to buy-some already cooked, some you can heat up, and snacks. Also, within walking distance.
