Bryce was so very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely pleasant. The switch over from Verizon to ATT was very smooth and speedy. He was so extremely helpful and experienced.

Went to get a new screen protector for my IPhone 13 Pro Max. Was told I had a warranty on it by them. They did not have it in the store. They told me to call # for customer service. Customer service tried to sell me their new internet package and gave me the run around after spending 30 minutes on the phone I got zero results. Went back to the store in Irwin. They said they couldn’t order me one bc AT & T doesn’t make them anymore for my phone. So what good was my warranty? I had to order a screen protector from Amazon. They said come back and we will put it on for you. On, went back on Saturday. The store opened several minutes late with customers already waiting outside. Not enough employees there and there were already 2 people ahead of me. All I wanted was a replacement screen protector put on which I had to purchase myself and it had a warranty they said they couldn’t honor, and now I would have to wait for 2 people ahead of me bc they didn’t open on time and there was only one person there. Not happy, and am probably going to switch plans after over 25 years as a loyal customer. Service is awful online and in the store. I don’t recommend them.

Bryce was awesome, acknowledged us as soon as we walked through the door, even while taking care of another customer. His knowledge was great and personality made the visit that much better. People like him are what every company needs!

Bryce and Nick went above and beyond in helping me turn in my trade phones. Their customer service was great! Also signed up for internet and Direct TV. Highly recommend going into the AT&T store Rte 30 North Huntington for help and info!

This AT&T store is the best one we have been too. We actually go further away to get to this store. Bryce was helpful today in the turning in of our 4 old phones and was very patient with me and the many, many times I had to type in the passwords. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us and to each other. Highly recommend this store.

Andrew was courteous and knowledgeable relating to all questions and concerns. We bought 4 new iphones from this store and he took the time to set up all four phones despite staying after closing hours. Thanks for the help and great service!

This is the worst AT&T store I’ve ever had an experience with. The salesman tricked me into getting a cell phone by telling me they will cancel my old phone number but they never cancel and its still active and because they used some type of promotion now I cant cancel my second line so I end up paying for both lines.
Issue number two, salesman added a monthly phone protection plan which I was unaware of this, I never authorized to add additional charges to my monthly bill but they did it any way.
I'm very disappointed with store sales man and management and will inform the ATT headquarters of the bad practices and customer relations in this store.
Shady shady business dealings. It’s a shame. I’ve been an AT&T customer almost 20 years, they are dishonest with the information which they explained during purchasing new phone.

Nick the manager was great, friendly, quick and kind. He truly wanted to come up with a solution to our out of the norm issue. He did all the work of calling who needed to be called. Nick was relatable and knew what he was doing. We would recommend nick to anyone.
