“I am a third generation customer to Remaley. My grandparents bought their Erie policy from them, and my parents did as well. Anytime you call straight forward with the customer, never try to sell you something you do not want. I highly recommend them. I am 28 year customer.”
“Jami is the absolute best, she was able to find me reputable insurance when I moved here and it cut my bill in half and I had better coverage. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for coverage but not knowing where to start. She handles all the hard stuff and you get the good rates.”

“I had to use my Triple A on Wednesday April 3, 2024 for a flat tire this week. I used the online chat to place my service call. It was easy and a member told me by text a person was notified and they would be on their way within the hour. Needless to say the super nice gentleman was there within a half hour he was very kind and courteous and had my flat tire changed in no time. He wished me a good day and told me to drive slowly on the spare tire until I reached a place that could look at the flat one. So glad I have triple A!!

“I was super skeptical of the vehicle I bought at around 96k miles. I found this warranty while trying to purchase a different one. They offered better protection, longer mileage, and a lower cost than a few of their competitors. All of this is necessary while living in rural Alabama. And while it’s still kind of pricey, they just covered my first claim. My Silverado had a water pump failure. My friends at the dealership said it was quite a struggle to get in touch with them due to the poor phone systems that this warranty company has (I’m mentioning this for feedback, not to complain…I was never on the phone longer than 5 minutes for the tow), but I was able to get an answer on what I owe. Here’s the breakdown of what was paid:
The truck could not be driven, I have roadside on my warranty. They cover up to $100 for a tow. That’s usually fine, since a tow in-town is around $160 here. I paid $30.00 flat for the tow with no deductible, so I appreciate them going for a cheaper tow, whether that was intentional or not lol.
For the mechanical side, $638 for parts and labor (before taxes) due from the warranty company. I am being charged $185 instead of that full amount of $638. That is $100 for my deductible and $85 for what they didn’t cover on parts. This is WAY better than I expected and I couldn’t be happier. This company has restored my faith in extended warranties, not all of them, but this one for sure lol. I’d love to do business with them on vehicles in the future!”
“Kim was amazing!!! Not only did she immediately reply to my question I sent through FB messenger on a holiday. She explained completely what I and my out of state buyer needed to do and provide her. I will use and recommend her business anytime it comes up. Thanks again for the A+ service!!!”
