This weekend we were remodeling our bathroom so several trips to busy beaver happened. All the employees were so friendly and helpful....they truly helped us so much...helped us find everything we need. Great job and thank you for the wonderful service!!

It’s been an hour since I left busy Beaver and I’m still upset about this so I wanted to leave a Review for the owners to see. I’m a business owner and spend quite a bit of money inside busy Beaver every year. Every time I walk through the door - I’m greeted with a hello & a smile (It’s always nice). I can honestly say that today when I walked through the door – this is the first time that I was greeted with a smug face from your manager. And there were no customers at any of register. I spent $100 on a paint sprayer (that I had purchased - late last year). I did not have a receipt, but had hoped to use it for credit towards my next purchase (Because it had never been used). I went back into your store To look for the item I needed to purchase. After analyzing the product, I brought it up front and attempted to make the exchange and pay for the difference of the new product.
The manager quickly told me that she could not return the item if I didn’t have a receipt - Which I completely understand why. Disappointing, but I understand. I said thank you and grab the mailbox that I was going to purchase and start walking it back to the aisle so I can repackage it and put it away properly (which I thought was the Polite thing to do). As I started walking back towards the aisle She stopped me and said “Where are you going with my mailbox?” - In a rude a rude voice. I couldn’t help take that as she thought I was going to do something to your product, My intention was to put it back on the shelf. I just felt that this comment was completely Unnecessary, and I walked out of your store, feeling disrespected / Especially as a customer who purchases so much from your store). Again, I’m a business owner – and I know I would never make a customer feel like trash, Which is how she made me feel. The workers in your store are always so nice and helpful, and I believe that this employee does not fit the mold (Especially as a manager and face of your business).
I feel like the situation could’ve been handled differently - Maybe say something like - “ We can put that away for you, sir”. Or “ You can just leave that box here, will put it back in the shelf for”. Not - “ Where are you going with my mailbox”. And then have me set it on the floor as customers are in line. It was really rude, and I walked out of your store, in line. I thought it turned into Situation for your customers, when it could’ve been handled better. I will never come back again, there’s way better, less expensive options than busy beaver – trust me. Home Depot and Lowes have way more product and are priced lower. I come to busy Beaver to support local business. And you just lost a customer.

Thank you ajodi ans Ashley. Ashley immediately greeted me and asked what I needed. She directed me ro Jodi. I had no idea where or what it itnwas that I needed. An Apex. Jodi showed and explained two of them. Even got in the office with my brother. Then she explained the flooring and the differences. Then helped me find the correct dripp bit. Thank you Jodi. I would still be there looking for the items I needed.

Worst hardware store I've ever gone to had to go back into the store to write down prices for everything because the absolute clowns that work there wouldn't check me out until I did ended up leaving to take my business elsewhere not worth going there go to home depot or lowes

I bought a storm door from the Irwin store and received the wrong handle and was told there’s nothing they can due . I was told I would have to pay a shipping fee of 75 dollars on top of the price of the handle in order to get what I originally wanted. Very rude!!!!

Called to see if they had a particular item, I was about 20 minutes away, and by the time they HUNG UP ON ME. I was already in line with the item checking out. If you don’t wanna respond don’t pick up the phone.

If I need an odd or end, this community hardware store has everything my house needs because they know the builders and have the name brands our builders used for a lot of what we need. If you want a drill, or something higher end I would recommend going to Home Depot, but for the odds and ends in your life it's the best spot! Plus, they give a 10% off military discount which makes it easier on your wallet and saves you some gas to drive to another hardware store!

I’m very disappointed. Last time there I was given an advertisement for cyber Monday deals. I get there early Monday morning and they don’t have anything that was advertised. When I asked about it I was told. “Some stores have them, some stores don’t “. Thank you for wasting my time.
