I’ve been a customer since I was 12 and I am now 35! Needless to say I will forever be a cricket customer. They are affordable and the customer service is excellent. Thank you Cricket for being as loyal to me as I am to you!

The gentleman working on Saturday, September 21, 2024.He said he has only been working here for 10 days and is running the store by himself. I believe his name is Charles. Was extremely unprofessional he was not able to set up the phone we had purchased (Samsung Galaxy A15 5G), we had to sit in the store while we set up our phone and had everything transfered. He also tried to transfer the other line on the account and was unable to fix it without us calling customer service ourselves. An older gentleman came into the store after us and he was also unable to help the gentleman in the store with a number transfer. Leaving the gentleman without a phone and without a way to leave the store because he did not have a phone. This was a very unpleasant experience.

We sat in the parking lot for over an hour after an employee put up a sign to be back in 10 minutes meanwhile leaving pizza boxes and pop everywhere and never coming back. I am very upset?

Don't go in there on Sundays u will get the wrong case to the phone u get and they don't return things so ur out of the money u payed

Very bad Customer Service. The worker didn’t even help my friend fill out her paperwork. He just sat there playing on his phone while I had to help her. And was not helpful what so ever.
