The woman cut both toes with nail file, when I screamed, she then poured nail polish remover in cuts. I was in extreme pain and has to wear bandages on my trip to the beach. No apologie was given.

I had a bad experience a few years ago. I got my nails done dip and 2 of them broke off next day. Very expensive for that to happen. This year I got a gift card for Christmas so I figured I’d give them a chance again. Mike did my nails and they were absolutely terrible. They were bumpy and uneven and barely lasted 4 days before chipping off at the ends. Not only were the nails done quickly and poorly… he was very talkative and took smoke breaks without washing his hands after. It was just an overall negative experience and it was pretty expensive on top of it.

I’ve taken my girls two times there to get their nails done as walk ins. Everyone there is so amazing and kind and my girls absolutely LOVE their nails each time! Only place they want to go to! Thank you for being awesome!

The nail salonist Mike, at least they what he said his name was, was very condescending and the nail work he did on my daughter was done quickly and poorly. How did he not see how crooked and bumpy the nails were when he was “completed” with them. He also was trying to think he knew more than anyone else and talked down to customers like myself. These were basic gel nail set, nothing extraordinary and still a very bad job. Thankfully Lynn helped fix the nails the next day after coming back to show them the poor workmanship from “Mike”……. Bad experience and most likely won’t some back unless Jenny the owner takes this seriously

I was in the area visiting family. My granddaughter and I came here to get our nails done. I had the dip powder and my granddaughter had the gel polish done. I felt that $60.00 for dip was VERY high considering the area. A couple of my nails are bumpy and the top coat is starting to peel which isn't supposed to happen. I didn't realize that they looked/felt the way they do or I would have spoken up. I will just have to put up with it until I get my nails done in my own area. I also feel that the guy that does this should not be horsing around and making errors like this. Even if I did live in the area, I would not return. I would add photos except nobody would be able to see what is wrong.

I wouldn't even attempt to go back. My mom and I made an appointment for 3pm. We got there between 5 to 10 minutes early. We walked in and noticed the bugs on the ground and a cobweb on of of the chairs. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable looking. We signed in and I noticed on of the employees sleeping. My mom and I sat down and waited. Nobody came so we just left. We made an appointment and nobody was there to take us due to nap time.

1st Time& Last, the place was a mess, had blue plastic garbage bags in PedicureBasin, emptied water & reused bag! Charged $30 each to take off polish feet & hands.. Reused solvent put back in bottle. Paid $120. I could go on. So upsetting!How did they get a high rating!!!Services: Polish removal
