Very nice little place. Was able to get quotes for same package with multiple shipping companies to choose the best fit. Prices here were better even than going direct to UPS!

Placed my return label on my oversized rug and left it on my porch. FedEx came in the morning and picked it up. A short time later I had a refund issued to me. Simple.
