I’ll start with the work they do is great! I have no problems with that or their prices. I have left past great reviews! As we both agreed on “they dropped the ball” office guys words.. I had an alignment done 6 months ago (perfect!) then one day a shake and wobble started. I don’t believe anything related to previous work. I looked the suspension over and it looked like the one Cam Bolt may have slid out of alignment on the upper control arm. I brought it in to get the alignment checked, Didn’t hear from them for a day, so I called the next day with curiosity of what may have went on. I’m not saying the work didn’t need done, tho I usually do my own work and I still would have needed an alignment. Both upper control arms were replaced with all new ball joints and parts.
The ball dropping part….. they never called to authorize the $1,350.00 in work…. They did say they worked with me on the cost and it is what it is
None the less I know the work was done correct, I still do recommend them. Just make sure your communicating experience was better than mine.

They made me pay over $192 per mile for towing my truck. When I asked them to lower the charge because it was unreasonable, the guy who was taking my payment told me that he will increase the price if I don’t pay ASAP.
