He was knowledgeable and walked customers through many mattress options and the differences of box springs. He used the BedMatch system and explained each step efficiently and kindly. Dennis was also professional, kind, and a great listener. The staff handled issues with hips, back, neck, and shoulders to find a great fit. The process was seamless, and customers found a mattress within their budget. The customer service was a 10/10 experience.
