I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Smokes. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue with improperly humidified cigars, the owner was dismissive and unwilling to rectify the situation. Given their lack of customer service and disregard for product quality, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere
