“Wow, truly speechless how wonderful the director and all the staff is not even just my kids teachers everyone is so helpful and sweet. I came from a daycare that I was not happy with, we have been here now for a couple weeks now and I never felt more comfortable to leave my children with people I just met in my life! The director Amy is so welcoming and you can really tell she is passionate about not just taking care of kids but making sure they are in a safe and age appropriate educational environment. I searched around for a daycare where they are learning and many were more like baby sitters just to make sure they are ok and watch them play, my kids, ages 4 and 2 have learned so much in just a few weeks. My youngest I have had a hard time potty training and her teachers told me to bring in underwear because she is using their potty! These people are amazing. My 4 year old is already writing his own name and before we started there he didn’t even know how to write or spell his own name! Highly recommend Penn Pals!!”

“We could not be more impressed with this facility! They did a fantastic job helping our 2 year old daughter adjust to a daycare setting for the first time. And helped this nervous momma! In addition to normal toddler needs, our daughter also has some medical needs that require medication to be administered with every meal. The teachers and administrators have been nothing short of amazing and understanding. They ask questions to learn more about her condition and always ensure that she gets her medications on time. We also love the app which sends us updates every time a medication is delivered as well as additional updates/pictures throughout the day. Our daughter is thriving there and often doesn’t want to leave when we pick her up! Would not hesitate to recommend this facility!”

“One of the best decisions we made for our daughter was enrolling her at the Goddard school when she was 1.5 years old. We also decided to keep her at Goddard for their junior-k program because she is a summer birthday and would have been a young 5. The decision to keep her at Goddard for an extra year has done wonders for her. Miss A and Miss Brianna are 2 of the best teachers she has ever had and her progress in their classroom has been incredible. She has progressed socially, academically and emotionally in their classroom and I am confident she is ready for kindergarten. Goddard has more than prepared her for kindergarten and I am so grateful to all of the staff, administrators, directors and teachers that she has had there the last 4 years. I would choose Goddard again.”

“My daughter has been enrolled at Willow Cove since she was 3 months old and has been there for a bit over a year now. This is our first child, and the staff at Willow Cove helped guide us as new parents, always answered questions, and proactively informed us of any concerns. They provide notifications via the Lillio app which include the day's activities, diapers, food, and even pictures of our baby girl throughout the day. I know this greatly helped my wife as she transitioned back to full time work and all of the anxiety leaving our newborn with "strangers."

The staff are all super friendly, meeting me with a smile during drop off / pick ups, and certainly remembering my name well before I remembered all of theirs. One particular aspect that surprised me in a positive way, is that even in the infant room, the students are all given activities, themes, and lessons throughout the day. In my naivety, I didn't think the services would extend beyond feeding and diapers at such an early age.

My daughter benefits from the social interaction, has a "best friend" now, and is always excited to "go to school" in the mornings. We're so happy to have chosen Willow Cove and couldn't recommend them enough to anyone else looking for child care!”

“I truly love the care that my children receive here at KinderCare Monroeville! The staff are caring and supportive, and the leadership really does pay attention to each and every family. Here you are not just a client but a part of the community. My children have been here for almost 4 years, and I couldn’t be happier!”

“Right, I shall be giving an honest review about the two classes I’ve been in: Multimedia design and Computer Information Science.

Reason for 3 stars: The classes are alright, though I wish with cis that everything was more hands on, that’s really the big major thing, but other than that I guess I have a much bigger preferable to the AM class, PM isn’t my cup of tea if you ask me. The teachers for both classes are good, (though the one in cis has become a little more respectable, but I guess it’s just my preference in teachers, because I like the multimedia one more, mainly because she actually made the class more fun in my opinion from my experience.)

But, this was my opinion from the last three years, as I’m graduating soon I wanted to leave this review, If you come here just remember this, pick the classes that you are most interested in! I suggest going to the website and looking through the classes and figure out what suits you best. That’s all I gotta say for this, and I’d like to apologize for my last review, as I remember I had probably of the worst days in my life on the day I wrote that review and it’s been a few months and someone brought it up and spoke to me about it, and well I have to say the class has gotten better than from what it was a few months ago. “My kids have been going here for 2 years and it is by far the best daycare & preschool we’ve used! You can tell they really care about the kids. The building is very clean and organized. They have lots of holiday parties that my boys look forward to! During the summer they have field trips and activities everyday that my kids really enjoyed. I’m so happy with how much my son has learned in pre-k here also. Overall I couldn’t be happier with them, staff is friendly, and my boys look forward to going!”
