I'm recieving everyones mail BUT mine. One package was delivered to my neighbor, another package was delivered somewhere else. On the same day. This is ridiculous. Get it together.

Store employees can’t do their jobs without giving an attitude and drivers can’t even deliver mail correctly. USPS is a joke

If you're scared of folks licking mail to send out, maybe you shouldn't be handling the mail (or wear gloves). My apologies for NOT receiving the memo about NOT LICKING OUR ENVOLEPES BECAUSE YOU'RE FEARFUL OF COVID OR THE FLU. It's 2025 baby, get over it! I bet you go into a grocery store where someone stocking the shelves wiped their nose, coughed on the items, you name it and you go in and touch it, touch the counter tops, touch the dirty cart, and the fun doesn't stop there! Catch my drift?! After you decided to make a spectacle of me in the store, you deserve everything that is to come your way.

Sadly I wish I could rate them higher. But unfortunately staff is not friendly nor helpful. I also don't understand why they require appointments for passport related stuff when they take walk ins before appointments or don't try to stick to appointment times. I waited almost 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.

Does anyone know the postmaster here? I need to reach him as I have a package that was supposed to arrive Friday, but hasn't. It is urgent as it is gifts to help orphans of Ukraine. My friend is leaving from here and I NEED it delivered today!

November 2021: The ease of making the appointment and processing the paperwork was good. January 2022: I received a letter from the US Department of State with regards to the passport photograph the employee from the Irwin Post Office took could not be used because the image measured from the chin to the top of my head was less than 1 inch or more than 1 3/8 inch. Both photos were unusable! I tried to make an appointment via the website but was unable to due to the site not taking appointments. I called the Post Office on 1.11. from 2:00-2:46 PM only to be hung up on numerous times and no one making themselves available to answer my call. I understand being short staffed but this was truly unacceptable. I would not recommend this place for passports. If THEY make the mistake YOU are out of luck, out of your money and your passport gets delayed making it impossible for you to make that business trip. Go somewhere else and spend a little more $$ where you will get competent service, have the photos taken with the required specifications AND you can make your business trip! If there was a negative star, I would surely give it to them. You can do better than this!

Didn't get my packages because the mail courrier told me to my face the delivery was TO HEAVY and this is why my children will not have their milk for dinner tonight. Because the mail courrier decided not to deliver my packages because he thought pantry items were too HEAVY. Didn't know you can have such an important job with privileges to choose to work or not to work.Sad this is what the postal service has come to.Oh yes reported it to one of the supervisors and she said I will have a talk with him ? If it were me I would be fired but he will get a firm talking to.Like I said this is where the postal service has evolved

I ship many packages through the USPS and have had great success. The clerks and carriers have always been very courteous and professional. Great service.

I had a package delivered today and mail person stated package was left in mailbox. No it actually left on top of the mailbox at the road. Anyone could have taken it. Very disappointed. for what they get paid a hour, should do better.

Never seen anything like this. Packages that require signature should be attempted to be delivered twice. Not a note stating to come get it. Lazy postal workers.
Also get it together and deliver things on time
