TLDR - this store took advantage of my elderly mom who's undergoing chemo treatment.
My mom needed a replacement phone as her old phone wasn't intuitive for someone older and not eltechnologically savvy. My brother went with her and when I talk to her later, she says she got the pixel 9. First thought is that's ridiculous that this store saddled her with the latest phone (had just comeout) but if it's easier for her to use, fine. I get check the monthly bill the following cycle and it's increased over $120/month co.pared to before this phone. I go through the bill and they signed her up for the top phone plan with unlimited international calling (she's never been outside the US and is weakened by chemo treatments so traveling is not happening), Premium protection plans, and an app bundle package for apps she already gets through cable package.
I talk with both her and my brother and they confirm none of this stuff was talked through nor confirmed by them. I also find out that my mom was steered to this phone and doesn't really like or understand the interface. Completely evil staff that saw a woman in a compromised state and pounced to pad their commission. Terrible store, terrible people. Go to a corporate store instead of these franchise-esque retailers.
Edit: Of all things, the verizon customer service team that logged my complaints on this store was actually really great and helped rectify this as it was quite obvious predatory business practices due to the apps package not being activated during the two cycles before I found this and the global talk plan for someone who doesn't/can't travel.

Ready to switch to AT&T. People who have been there forever never get the new discounts. People are rude at the one store will not post which one. The guy literally laughed at me when I asked a question.

Went in to trade phones and got the runaround, ended up trading in a perfectly good phone and getting about 20% of what was promised. I’m not even sure if I blame the store. Verizon makes it so confusing, charges to activate a phone on a line you already have, promise trade in values and pay off your current phone and backs none of it up. Even the employees get turned around. TL:DR ended up trading in a perfectly good phone I owned and got $220 for it when promised $800 and “the bill will sort itself out” only to find $220 was the actual right number. Ended up with a higher bill too. But what are you gonna do? You need a phone.

By far the worst Verizon store in the area. Every time I have an issue all they do is call customer care and the rep I worked with was beyond rude. If Verizon was the best service in the area I’d switch.

Walked in needing to complete a ~60 second task. Stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. When I asked for help, the response was rude. Once I was finally helped, it did take less than a minute. Just poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been in store and on the phone numerous times on the last 5 months for billing issues. Past months have been telling me it’s fixed or we are working on it, now today I go into store after two hours on the phone with customer service and they pretty much laugh in my face and told me that they could do nothing for me. They hire people that literally care about nothing except making money for themselves. Coming from someone that works with the public everyday I would never treat anyone the way they treat someone. Verizon needs to do better with hiring or actually helping their loyal customers out or they will be the next phone compost under.

It’s sad that Verizon only hires college graduates who have no brains at all. They lie to customers to make a sell. I was told I could save money by adding Netflix and max to my Verizon account when in the end I am paying more money. They lied about me getting a 150 credit on new Apple Watch plus a additional trade credit of 180 and they only gave me 30 bucks for a Apple Watch 6 and told me after everything was done that they can’t stack promotions. Would never use Verizon store again. It’s a shame years ago I could not get a job for them since I did not have a college degree but the people working there are idiots

People are nice but the company as a whole is scummy. The bill changes every month this month was 600 when we were told it would be 180 a month. If I could give 0 star review I would . Best part of it all is the company pretty much laughs and say yeah too bad we don't care.

Two relatives on my account visited this location to upgrade their phones and were very clear to the salesperson that they did not want to purchase the monthly Verizon device protection plan. We then look at our account and find that the protection plan was added for both of their lines anyway. I suspect that salespeople receive compensation or have a quota for device protection plan signups, so I am not confident that this was a mistake. Extremely disappointed at the dishonesty shown by employees at this location.

My Samsung phone did an update 2 days ago. My phone has been slow so I went into the store to see if there was something they could do. The salesperson told me to go find myself a technician that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible customer service. Why do they think that that is acceptable?
