Today after checking in and waiting for 20 minutes, the guy at the counter didn't even check the tablet to see who was next and skipped right over me and started taking people who walked in after me. I left and went to the greensburg location and had a great experience there instead.

I had been having SO MANY issues with Xfinity over the phone to the point I was just going to cancel everything and go with a different provider. But the manager at the store, Todd, was so nice and patient and fixed some major issues with my account. The other employees at the store were helpful too! I was there for about 2 hours while they worked on my account and they helped make an extremely frustrating situation easy and kept me laughing. Could not recommend more!!!

Not sure of the name of the girl who assisted me she was a little goth girl with green hair. But she was quick, courteous, and professional. Set me up with 2 new lines for my fiance and myself. Was in and out. No fuss no muss. Definitely recommend.

Never will I use Comcast again! Had to return a cell phone 2 days after receiving it because it would not connect to the tower. We sent the phone back to Comcast. 2 months later we are still FIGHTING WITH COMCAST over the amount of the phone we sent back that did not work. They refund us 298$ back out of the 350$ they originally owed us and said the phone was damaged. The phone got damaged in there warehouse where it has been sitting for 2 months! This company is by far the WORST to have.

The most worst experience I’ve ever had with any customer service anywhere. Talked for an hour over the phone with xfinity getting an account set up and everything taken care of. Had to go to the store so they could return my old equipment and give me new ones and they looked at me like I had 3 heads, couldn’t find my account, and then told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible.

Had to wait a little while since all 3 employees were busy, wasn't an issue. Once we got assisted, the process was super quick and easy. 2nd time I've been to this location and will come back if need be.

Xfinity will not let you talk to a human. No matter what store it gives the same 800 number for phone calls. Around and around and around you go and get nowhere. Think I'll go call DISH and switch back Thanks Comcast.
