“Mavis is better than any chain quick lube place! I've had some really bad experiences since my local oil change place got replaced with a jiffy lube, so I finally tried Mavis. They were welcoming and helpful, even getting me in before my online-made appointment time. They even changed my blinker light free of charge because I brought my own bulb. There's good coupons on their website too!!”

Traveling with pets. 9 to 10 hour trip home is too risky to even attempt without getting Valve cover gas replaced, as they were leaking.

Gave us their word. It would be done Friday before closing, and they did! Picked us up to pickup our vehicle. They did an amazingly beautiful job. I hope we can move back down here so that we can use them all the time. Thank you

Had to have my 2014 XC70in for service regarding the AWD system to be evaluated. The service department was absolutely wonderful getting me in quickly to figure out the problem and correct the issues. I’ve been a dedicated Keystone Volvo customer since 2008 and have purchased over 4 Volvo’s over this time period. Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. “Had a screw in my tire. Made an appointment for 9am, got to Dempster’s at 8:15. They took my car early, fixed the tire and charged me NOTHING! now that’s customer service. I’ll be back to Dempsters next time. Also I loved the golden Cooper!”

“Hugh is the man! I had a whole KEY puncture my tire and was desperate to get it fixed quick to get to work and Hugh pulled me right in, put my car on the lift, found the key, carefully plugged the hole and checked 3 times for leaking. In and out and was super kind and sweet. I wish all the people I dealt with were as kind and accommodating at Hugh! What a pleasure! $26 and the plug held, have had no issues 3 weeks later. But If I did, Hugh said bring it back in and they'd patch it if the plug failed. Great customer service, but really, truly, just a great guy!”

“Needed a tire swapped off a cracked wheel onto a new wheel and had Dave do it. Not even 10 mins after I dropped everything off he called me to let me know the tire was bad. I had a feeling it may have been bad but tried anyway. He took the time to actually show me the damage inside the tire and also showed me the new wheel was straight. My new tire came in today and was installed in no time at all. Even for something simple as a wheel and tire, Dave went above and beyond and is just all around a great person. Shop is clean and the price was fair. I worked at a dealer for over a decade and haven’t seen service this great. Will absolutely come back if I need any work done.”
