“Everyone in this office was so sweet and helpful when my partner and I were stranded, hours away from home, after a car wreck. There was an issue with our truck rental initially but the woman we spoke to was able to solve it and get us into a truck so we could get home. We so deeply appreciate the help and kindness on what was a very, very bad day. Highly recommend this location, the staff are amazing!”
“Online check in needs some work. Took me a half hour and 3 phone calls to uhaul to get my key for the truck. That not on the pickup location but on uhaul as a Corp. I wouldn't recommend uhaul online pickup.”

“They were extremely helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes early to pick up a U-Haul rental and they opened up just for me. Very helpful in changing my reservation which I thought I had right but didn't. They have a very well stocked store of packing supplies . I highly recommend using them”
