Stopped by yesterday to look at chairs and recliners. Had just what the wife wanted. The prices were fantastic and could not tell it is an outlet item. Decided to purchase on the spot without looking any further. Will be getting delivered this coming week. We are quite pleased with the whole purchase. The salesperson was great, smiling and talking which makes a great experience overall. The salesperson was Linda Gallucci. She is great. If your need any furniture needs check the place out and it Linda is around she will treat you right. Wanted to add a special note about our delivery service yesterday. The delivery drivers were fantastic and had our chair in our apartment in no time. A great experience. I forgot to get there name's. Thank you everyone.

We wanted patio furniture, but had a hard time with places that wouldn't commit to delivery or product. I ended up driving 40 minutes north to PA to see in person Smith Village after phone conversation. They made the process easy and gave me specific dates and the ability to cancel if outside those dates if I wanted to. Their delivery and set up charge were very reasonable let alone they were delivering down to MD. Patio furniture came, but I notice one swivel chair was not right. No hassle-they ordered another one and delivered, set it up, and took back the other. In the meantime I ordered another piece and it was ready as promised. Everyone on the phone or in person were there to make my purchases a pleasant experience.

Just a lovely furniture buying experience. Donna met us at the door and was so helpful and welcoming. She gave us alone time to explore and interacted with us appropriately. There is a huge selection to choose from of well-made beautiful furniture. The extra amenities they offer you for your purchase are impressive. The prices were good too! We will be repeat customers!

In August I had an excellent shopping experience at Smith Village, a store that is local and which we have supported various times in the past. I was shopping for a sectional available ASAP for a move in October. We found one we like and we're informed it was IN STOCK and would arrive in 4-6 weeks (end of September/first week in October). October 1st I called to check on the status of the shipment since I had not been updated at this point. I was informed it was to load onto the truck on Monday (October 4th) and it would arrive by the end of the week for me to pick it up. Today, October 6th I had yet to get an update so I once again reached out to check on the status. (I have movers coming Friday so I need to pick the couch up ASAP so it's ready for the move). And was informed the couch would come in two separate orders!? One would arrive in 4-6 weeks and the second half would be loaded into a truck on 10/30/21 and would take an ADDITIONAL 4-6 weeks to arrive after that. So my 4-6 week initial wait time has now turned into 3 months to actually get a full couch. And no one had called to update me on the delay. So now I do not have the furniture I need, will miss out on moving it with a reimbursement from the company paying for our move AND I would have to find a way to move 2 separate pieces of a couch on another 2 occasions to my new apartment almost 2 hours away. The initial customer service representative was less than sincere or apologetic for the situation and after speaking to a manager the resolution was the cancel the order and refund my full purchase amount. The lack of communication and the amount of miscommunicated information from this whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I never would have ordered the couch if I knew it would take this long. Smith village will not be getting by business again in the future
