“I’m very happy with the service I received! The instrument cluster in my Mercedes CLA250 started cutting in and out and after being jumpstarted after my two weeks trip outside of the country. I took my car to Dempster after two disappointing experiences with two other German car repair shops that both failed to identify what was the problem.
The scheduling was easy and I was able to drop off my car at 7:30 am in the morning before work and got a shuttle office back home. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and kept me updated on the status of my car via texts.
It ended up being a faulty battery and they replaced it at a very fair price (including an oil change)! And they worked really hard to give me my car back the same day! Ryan and Cam are both very kind and nice.
I would definitely come back in the future when I need a service on my car.”

I show up and meet with Dan, coolest guy ever, who takes in charge my car and says that he will be done in 25 min. This is a Friday afternoon at 3pm! And that’s the happy ending: great price for an experienced diagnosis and repair. I’m back on the road. Thank you!”

“I had my car at Thompson Lexus for state inspection they gave me a Loaner car and when my.car was done I received a call.that it was done when I said that I couldn't come back by the end of their work day I was told that it was ok to picky car up by the next morning. BBack replaced the Alternator with an OEM ND/Denso and also replaced the battery with an ACDELCO AGM W a 3 year warranty.
In addition the pulley was replaced and the Serpentine belt. The car runs like new
